Hans Arnold has produced two beautiful coffee table books showcasing his incredible landscape and nature photography.
“Up North – Manitoba’s Last Frontier” by Canadian Photographer
A magnificent collection of 185 fine art photographic images bound in a 192 page hard cover 11” x 11” coffee table book by Canadian photographer, Hans Arnold. It showcases the enormous range of scenic splendour and unimaginable wilderness that the province of Manitoba has to offer north of the 50th latitude. Foreword written by former National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations, Ovide Mercredi, makes this an incredibly rounded out visualization of the spirit of Manitoba as it exists today. It is truly a last frontier of unsettled land, hidden waterways, less traveled roadways and communities that are as unique and diverse as the people living in them.
Hans has traveled up north for most of his adult life and in the last six years has captured images that are truly representative of Manitoba’s diverse landscape from the 50th to the 59th latitudes.
This book was available on October 9, 2013 and is sold in all major bookseller stores as well as gift shops all around the province of Manitoba. Retail price is $50.00 CDN.
Up North was designed by Kiex Fotography & Design.
